Broken itouch...pls help? - how do you mount an itouch on a wheelchair

My iTouch has been disarray ... when I try it on the iHome it wont load and used to play music that you put something heavy on your back bend forward mount. and to try to connect my computer to not come from the iTunes ... in sad because I can not sync new music in this letter ... I can fix it anyway I can fix or a professional. .. pls pls help: (
